Entertainment Inc., Hasbro, Dr. Seuss Enterprises, L.P. product. It is however, hand-crafted from licensed  fabric. I am not affiliated with or sponsored by any of the preceeding Enterprises.

 At Amy's Trach Ties, we are committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We take great care to safeguard the information that we collect to  maintain our customers' privacy.  

Amy’s Trach Ties handmade designs can contain small component parts which may present a choking hazard if ingested. Amy’s Trach Ties line of Diamond Trach Ties is not recommended or intended for children under the age of 10 and should be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the trach tie or its component parts. Amy’s Trach Ties should never be placed in the mouth due to risk of choking. Customer agrees that the use of Amy’s Trach Ties line of trach ties and diamond trach ties is entirely at the customer’s own risk and without warranty. Customer acknowledges the risk of injury from any cause connected with his or her use of possession of said trach ties rests with the Customer.

Amy’s Trach Ties expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Amy’s Trach Ties arising from any product sold by Amy’s Trach Ties shall be the price of the product ordered.
